Best place to purchase website templates for Adsense Sites?

Hi guys,

We are going to construct a few sites that will be mostly information heavy websites with tutorials, articles and news. For ad revenue we would like to use Adsense.

Instead of building templates from scratch, we were looking for cheap templates for purchase that could be easily used for a site using adsense. Anyone know of any places to find web templates suited for adsense use?

We have found things like templatemonster dot com but I was wondering if there's a place with templates more catered to adsense sites with templates that don't need to be altered for the ads themselves? We want to make good quality sites, but it would be easier to get a nice pre-made template that fit the ad types well...
